If the County determines that your information does not meet the criteria for confidentiality, you will be notified of the County's intent to release the public record pursuant to any
California Public Records Act request.
Responder agrees, as a condition of submitting its SOQ, that the County will not, as between the parties, be liable or accountable for any loss or damage, which may result from a breach of confidentiality related to the SOQ.
