About this file
This is an amendment document issued by the Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) for Solicitation No. EV00000649, regarding a water treatment chemicals contract. The amendment, issued on February 26, 2025, addresses questions received during the Q&A period and maintains the original submission deadline unchanged. This solicitation is a supplemental to contract SW0003 which was awarded on January 3, 2025, and previously awarded suppliers are not required to respond.
The amendment includes two questions from potential bidders: one inquiring about the reason for the supplemental posting, which OMES declined to answer to preserve bidding integrity, and another requesting information about the previous year's bid winner, for which OMES directed interested parties to their SW contract website. The amendment document requires acknowledgment from suppliers either with their bid submission or separately if a bid has already been submitted.

Description of Amendment:
a. This is to incorporate the following:
On behalf of the State of Oklahoma, the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) gives notice of the following questions concerning this solicitation, received during the Q&A period, which closed on 02/26/2025. All questions and procurement/agency responses are detailed below:
1. Why was this supplemental posted? Was it a result of someone needing something that a current awarded vendor could not provide, or is it a result of OMES looking for better pricing or more suppliers? Specifics would be appreciated so we can cater to what is needed. A. To preserve the integrity of the bidding process, we will not be disclosing that information.
2. Can I get a copy of last year’s bid winner? A. Awarded bidder information is listed on our SW contract website. https://www.ok.gov/dcs/solicit/app/solicitationDetail.php?conID=5070
b. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
