About this file
This is an Office Automation Form B for the City of Philadelphia, detailing equipment installation, configuration, and maintenance requirements for a Ring Doorbell Cameras and Subscription Bundle procurement in Pennsylvania. The vendor is responsible for all inside deliveries and installation at the desktop, with debris removal included. Products must be delivered configured, with configuration at the City's location if needed. The procurement requires extended warranty coverage with minimum periods of five years for servers and IT appliances, four years for PCs and laptops, and three years for tablets, following the original equipment manufacturer's warranty terms for peripherals such as printers, copiers, and multifunction devices. All warranty coverage becomes effective after a 30 to 120-day acceptance period.
Maintenance requirements include next-day on-site response within 24 hours with all parts and labor included, with payment due after equipment delivery and City acceptance. The City accepts both new and refurbished equipment. Vendor-provided instruction and training is requested as part of the scope. Maintenance options include three-year and five-year periods. The vendor must review all requirements before submitting quotes, and all requests must be submitted through PHLContracts with City departments completing the Office Automation request form.
