About this file
This is an Office Automation Form B document related to a Pennsylvania state and local contract opportunity for the procurement of five Macbook Pro computers through the City of Philadelphia's PHLContracts system. The contract requires vendors to deliver and install equipment directly at the City's designated location, with all installation and configuration services included as part of the vendor's proposal. Product delivery must be pre-configured, and the City has indicated that instruction and training by the vendor are requested as part of this procurement. All deliveries must be inside deliveries to a loading dock, with drop shipment arrangements not acceptable.
Warranty coverage requirements specify a minimum of four years for personal computers and laptops, with extended warranty options available for three-year or five-year periods beyond the standard acceptance window of 30 to 120 days. On-site maintenance is required with next-day response capability within 24 hours, including all parts and labor, with payment due after equipment delivery and City acceptance. The vendor must review all stated requirements before submitting pricing quotations. Refurbished equipment is acceptable as an alternative to new products. Vendors are required to submit product literature upon City request and must include all costs for installation, configuration, and delivery in their bids.
