About this file
This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) form submitted to the State of Illinois, Department of Natural Resources, for agricultural farming services at Pyramid State Park's Captain Unit Farm Lease (27AL2337). The solicitation seeks bids for farming operations on state-owned property, with detailed information regarding specific locations and acreage available in the accompanying IFB document. The form requires bidders to submit completed documentation as outlined in Section A.1 of the solicitation, with failure to meet all specified requirements resulting in disqualification. Bidders must ensure compliance with all terms and conditions of the solicitation and submit their offers by the deadline stated in the primary IFB document.
The form addresses Illinois Procurement Code preferences available to bidders, including Illinois Business Preference and Domestic Product Preference claims, which require supporting documentation such as affidavits or product designations on line items. Bidders may take exceptions to Standard Terms and Conditions by submitting a redlined version of the standard contract language, though the State reserves the right to accept or reject proposed exceptions. The Standard Terms and Conditions applicable to any resulting contract are available through the Illinois Consolidated Procurement Organization website. An authorized representative must sign and date the bid submission to constitute a valid offer to the State of Illinois.
