About this file
This is an Invitation for Bid form submitted to the State of Illinois Department of Natural Resources for agricultural farming services on state-owned property within Pyramid State Park, specifically the Denmark Unit Farm Lease (27AL2381). The document serves as the official bid submission form that bidders must complete and submit in compliance with all requirements outlined in the solicitation documents. Bidders are required to refer to solicitation document section A.1 for the complete list of required documents and must ensure all submission requirements are met to avoid disqualification. The form provides space for bidders to identify their company information, specify bid amounts, detail any claimed preferences under the Illinois Procurement Code, and document any exceptions to the standard terms and conditions.
The Illinois Procurement Code provides various business preferences to promote opportunities within the state, and bidders may claim preferences such as the Illinois Business Preference or Domestic Product Preference by completing required affidavits or marking line items accordingly. Bidders taking exception to standard terms and conditions must submit a redlined version of those terms with their offer, with the State retaining the right to accept or reject any proposed exceptions. Standard Terms and Conditions applicable to any resulting contract are available on the Illinois CPO website at https://cpo-general.illinois.gov/solicitation-and-contract-templates.html. The bidder's authorized representative must sign and date the form to make a binding bid offer to the State of Illinois, which the State may then accept or reject.
