About this file

This is an offer document submitted to the State of Illinois Department of Natural Resources in response to an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for agricultural farming services at Pyramid State Park. The document represents a bidder's proposal for the Captain Unit Farm Lease, which involves agricultural operations on state-owned property within the park. The offer outlines the bidder's commitment to provide farming services across the designated acreage at the specified location. The proposal addresses the operational requirements and conditions set forth in the IFB, including land management and agricultural production responsibilities. The document serves as the formal submission of terms and conditions under which the bidder proposes to undertake the farming lease agreement with the state.

The offer document contains the bidder's pricing structure, operational commitments, and proposed terms for the agricultural lease. The submission includes compliance with state requirements and specifications outlined in the original solicitation. The document establishes the financial and operational framework for the proposed farm lease agreement, detailing how the bidder intends to manage the agricultural operations while meeting the state's management objectives for the park property. As part of the competitive bidding process, this offer represents one response among potentially multiple bids for the farming services contract.
