About this file

This is an Invitation for Bid form submitted to the State of Illinois Department of Natural Resources for agricultural farming services at the Big Bend State Fish and Wildlife Area. The solicitation requests bids for farming operations on state-owned property, with specific details regarding locations and acreage provided in the accompanying IFB documentation. Bidders are required to complete and submit all required documents as outlined in solicitation section A.1, with failure to meet requirements resulting in disqualification. The form provides bidders the opportunity to identify any exceptions to standard contract terms and conditions by submitting a redlined version of the Standard Terms and Conditions, which the State may accept or reject at its discretion.

The State of Illinois offers various procurement preferences under the Illinois Procurement Code, and bidders may claim applicable preferences including the Illinois Business Preference or Domestic Product Preference by completing the required affidavit or marking items accordingly. The form requires bidders to designate an authorized representative to execute the bid submission, confirming the bidder's commitment to perform in full compliance with the solicitation requirements. All resulting contracts will incorporate the Standard Terms and Conditions available through the Illinois CPO website, and bidders must ensure compliance with all specified requirements as a condition of bid acceptance.
