About this file

This document is a Task Order Description for the Support and Sustainment of HC-130J Link 16 Proprietary Systems, issued by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Robins Air Force Base. The primary objective is to transition the existing temporary HC-130J Link 16 system to a permanent modification, with a twelve-month performance period estimated from June 2025 through June 2026. The contractor will be responsible for developing a complete Technical Data Package, including ground maintenance manuals, fault analysis documentation, corrective action procedures, illustrated parts breakdowns, and flight manuals for the HC-130J platform.

Key requirements include providing a Field Support Representative to support system maintenance, conducting software sustainment activities, and performing technical updates. The contractor must procure specific equipment such as Dell 7330 laptops, Panasonic G2 Toughpads, hard drives, and Fenix software licenses. The effort encompasses support for seven HC-130J locations across various commands, including Air Combat Command, Air Force Reserve Command, and Air National Guard. The contractor will be required to establish communication with government agencies controlling aspects of the Fenix software suite, conduct quarterly software updates, perform static code analysis, and provide in-person training at all seven aircraft locations.
