About this file
This is a Disclosure Statement from Events DC (the Washington Convention and Sports Authority) related to a competitive solicitation for the supply and rental of interlocking barricades and chain link fence in the District of Columbia. The disclosure statement requires all principals submitting bids to disclose any past or present business, familial, or personal relationships with Events DC's Board of Directors and key staff members. The Board includes eleven members led by Chairman Leif Dormsjo, while key staff comprises the President and Chief Executive Officer, Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Financial Officer, and various senior vice presidents and directors responsible for operations, business development, human resources, creative services, public safety, convention management, sales, risk management, communications, and procurement functions.
Bidders must submit a signed and dated statement indicating whether they have any relationships with the listed individuals. If no relationships exist, a simple signed statement of non-disclosure suffices. If relationships do exist, bidders must provide a detailed disclosure describing the nature of each relationship and include a certification statement attesting to the accuracy and completeness of the disclosure. All disclosure statements must be signed by each principal of the bidding entity. Complete RFQ documentation and submission details are available through Events DC's e-procurement website at https://eventsdc.com/about/procurement.
