About this file
This is a Disclosure Statement issued by Events DC (the Washington Convention and Sports Authority) in the District of Columbia, requiring principals involved in the Urban Beekeeping Services solicitation to disclose any past or present business, familial, or personal relationships with Events DC Board of Directors and Key Staff Members. The disclosure requirement applies to all principals associated with firms submitting proposals for the contract opportunity. Principals must submit a signed and dated statement disclosing relationships with the identified board members and staff members, or alternatively, may submit a signed statement confirming no such relationships exist. The disclosure statement must be certified by each principal to whom it relates and must accurately represent all past or present business, familial, or personal connections with the listed Events DC personnel.
The document lists thirteen Events DC Board of Directors members and fourteen Key Staff Members who are covered under the disclosure requirement, spanning executive, legal, operational, and administrative positions within the organization. No specific pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent information, funding amounts, or contract timeline details are provided in this disclosure statement document. The disclosure requirement is a standard conflict-of-interest and transparency measure designed to ensure ethical procurement practices and prevent conflicts of interest in the competitive bidding process for the Urban Beekeeping Services contract.
