About this file
This is an Office Automation Form A from the City of Philadelphia for a Surface Pro purchase request submitted through PHLContracts. The solicitation requires vendors to provide installation, configuration, and delivery services for office automation equipment. All deliveries must be inside deliveries to a loading dock, and vendors are responsible for installation and configuration costs unless otherwise directed. The vendor must submit product literature upon the City's request. Instruction and training by the vendor are requested as part of this procurement.
The warranty requirements specify a minimum five-year coverage period for servers and IT appliances, four years for PCs and laptops, three years for tablets, and original equipment manufacturer warranty periods on all peripherals including printers, copiers, and multifunction devices. On-site maintenance with next-day response (within 24 hours) including all parts and labor is required, with payment to be made after equipment delivery and acceptance by the City. Maintenance options include three-year or five-year service level agreements. Refurbished equipment is acceptable. The vendor must configure the products at the City's location, and debris removal is the vendor's responsibility.
