About this file
This Office Automation Form B outlines installation, configuration, and maintenance requirements for a state and local contract opportunity in Pennsylvania involving the City. The procurement requires vendors to deliver equipment with inside delivery to a loading dock and provide installation and configuration services at the City's location. Product delivery must be pre-configured, and vendors must remove packaging debris. The City requests instruction and training from the vendor as part of the service delivery. The contract specifies warranty coverage periods including a minimum five-year warranty for servers and IT appliances, four years for PCs and laptops, three years for tablets, and original equipment manufacturer warranty periods for peripherals such as printers, copiers, and multifunction devices, all effective after a 30 to 120-day acceptance period.
Maintenance services include next-day on-site response within 24 hours with all parts and labor included, with payment due after equipment delivery and City acceptance. The City offers vendors the option to select either a three-year or five-year maintenance plan. Refurbished equipment is acceptable pending vendor specification. Vendor must submit literature on offered products at the City's request, and all services and maintenance costs must be included in the vendor's quotation. No specific pricing, set-asides, incumbents, or contract term renewal options are detailed in this form.
