1Briefly describe your organization, capabilities, services offered, ownership model, and business size. What is your vision for developing a robust, nimble and ambitious NSF National Network for Microelectronics Education in partnership with DOC?
2Does your organization have experience over the last three years with the type of work identified in the draft statement of objectives (SOO)? (Y/N)

b. Was the previous work performed as a prime contractor/lead organization or a subcontractor? Please describe.
c. What would you envision as the rough budget for a five-year engagement to develop and run the National Network Coordination Hub and the National Network for Microelectronics Education program?
d. Would your organization need to subcontract out or collaborate with others for any portion of the work to achieve your proposed vision for the National Network for Microelectronics Education program? (Y/N) If yes, which personnel requirements or tasks within the draft SOO?
3Describe your organization's experience in project and network management, including developing iterative project timelines with a funding organization, managing interactions with diverse organizations (e.g., IHEs, community colleges, trade schools, industry, Federal, state and local workforce development organizations, labor organizations, etc.). Include information on experience developing and meeting project deliverables, managing tasks and sub-task, budgets, timelines, and risks.

4Describe your organization's experience in systems development, specifically as it pertains to education and workforce, working with industry, branding, marketing, developing education and workforce development products, media and communication programs and the ability to recruit students into new career pathways.
5Describe your organization's experience in developing robust networks and communities, including developing outreach and communication plans, facilitating introductions, sourcing new partners, managing stakeholder engagement, developing and delivering curriculum, fundraising strategies, and storytelling support. Include any relevant details on goals , tactics and tools used, and metrics/outcomes. If relevant, provide specific details on relationships, partnerships, and new capital sources that your organization has access to and can deploy in direct support of the the National Network.
a. Describe your organization's experience reaching and working with new audiences and stakeholders that NSF and DOC have not historically engaged with, including industry, state and local government leaders, workforce development leaders, technologists, community colleges and trade schools, labor organizations, etc.
b. Describe your organization's experience building scalable networks that benefit a portfolio of students from diverse backgrounds and effectively educating and training them for employment in the technology industry.
c. Please provide examples of the other relevant initiatvies developed by your organization relevant to the National Network Coordination Hub and National Network.
6Describe your organization's experience in stakeholder and community engagement, including reaching new networks that may have been historically underserved, or be difficult to reach and engage. Additionally, describe your organization's capabilities to infuse Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) in all aspects of the National Network.

9Looking at the NSF National Network for Microelectronics Education in collaboration with DOC program outline in the draft SOO, briefly describe the technical expertise and knowledge your organization has that aligns with the program's goals. We are not looking for specific subject matter expertise but rather comfort engaging with organizaitons with the correct skill set needed for establishing and operating a National Network.
