NRMAC1002100447NGB Q&A

1. Are you looking for a topographical survey around the buildings and civil plans to show any grading of site as needed?

The site plan will not be topographical. It is pictorial for spacing planning, scaling and dimensions.

1. Is there a survey that will be provided or will we need to include in scope of services?

Answer: No formal survey is required. A basic survey for reference would be sufficient. The government may be able to provide an FCA or RPV survey upon request.

2. The Anticipated deliverables include permit drawings, will this include submitting to the City of Oak Ridge for permit/review?

Answer: The permit drawings are only for the internal gov't needs and do not need to be submitted to the local building authority (City Permits Office).

3. It appears the projects are broken down into Projects 1, 2, and 3. Do you want those as separate packages or all as one package. Also, so you want the fee broken down into separate projects or do you want all fees in one lump sum?

Answer: We would recommend not having separate packages & fees for buildings 1,2,3. However, I think the deliverables/documents should be organized by each building, which can be submitted in a single, comprehensive package.

4. If broken down into separate projects (1, 2, 3), where do you want the overall site improvement plan to be included, or as its own project?

Answer: You can provide the site improvement project in whichever section you feel is most appropriate.
