(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) This solicitation is issued as 127EAU24Q0127, Request for Quotation (RFQ).
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 5/22/2024.
(iv) This procurement is set aside for 100% Small Business. The NAICS code is 336611 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 emp.

Basis for Award: The Government intends to award firm fixed price Contract. This is a Brand Name or Equal purchase in accordance with FAR 11.104. Award shall be fair market value for materials, labor, and incidentals represented in the specifications necessary to complete the contract.
