2.

Questions and Answers:

1.

Is there a current incumbent contract in place for these efforts, and if so, what is the contract ceiling?

Yes, the incumbents are:

Dade Moeller and Associates

1835 Terminal Drive, Suite 200

Richland, Washington.

Contract Ceiling: $4.3million

ISL

11140 Rockville Pike, Suite 500

Rockville, Maryland Contract Ceiling: $4.3million

2.

Are there specific regulatory guides listed in RFP Table A that will require clearances?

NRC can not at this time identify regulatory guides requiring a security clearance. If a particular security clearance is required, NRC will notify the contractor after contract award.

3. Please provide NRC Form 187.

The NRC 187 (if required) will be attached to the contract award document.

4. Are small businesses precluded from submitting a proposal to the full and open and small business set-aside, if so, would the small business have to submit 2 proposals?

Yes, small businesses may submit proposals for both. If the information will remain the same for the set-aside and full and open requirement, only one proposal may be submitted. HOWEVER, if the offerror wants consideration under both and only one proposal is submitted, the proposal should clearly identify the proposal should be considered under both.
