About this file
This is a bid submission document for a Master Agreement with the State of Maine regarding uniform pants manufactured by Vertx1000. The procurement seeks to establish a master agreement for the supply of Vertx1000 brand uniform pants, with the bidder providing pricing and product specifications for consideration. The document contains bid pricing information, product details, and terms proposed by the bidder for furnishing these uniform items to the state. The agreement structure allows for ongoing procurement of uniform pants under negotiated terms rather than requiring separate competitive procurements for each order.
The bid submission includes detailed pricing schedules and product specifications for the Vertx1000 uniform pants being offered. The document outlines the bidder's commercial terms and conditions applicable to the master agreement, establishing the framework for future purchases by Maine state agencies. This procurement represents a volume-based supply agreement that enables the state to procure uniform pants on an as-needed basis at pre-negotiated pricing and terms, thereby streamlining the acquisition process and providing cost certainty for the state's uniform requirements.
