About this file

This document is a Notice of Intent of Rejection of All Responses for ITB 2223 093 issued by the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) for the procurement of a 5,500 kVA, 60 Hz Liquid-Filled, Medium-Voltage AR-VFI Transformer for the Florida State Hospital located in Chattahoochee, Florida. The solicitation was advertised on the Vendor Information Portal, and the Department intends to re-advertise a related solicitation in the future. The notice advises that failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the required bond or security, will constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120.

The initial solicitation has been rejected, and the Department plans to re-advertise a new related solicitation, which will be made available on the Vendor Information Portal. No additional details are provided regarding pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding sources, or other salient information.
