About this file

This is a Notice Regarding Award issued by the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) Procurement Office for Solicitation 5400019951, a District 2 On-Call Pipe Repair contract. The notice indicates that additional time is necessary to complete the procurement process, and therefore the award posting date has been extended indefinitely. The SCDOT will provide prior notice to all offerors before posting the actual award notice, with a Notice of Revised Award Posting Date posted at least two business days in advance at the location specified in the solicitation. All offerors will receive email notification of any revised award posting date at the email address provided during vendor registration.

The document references Regulation 19-445.2090(B) and the Award Notification clause as the basis for the extension notification process. Emmett Kirwan is identified as the Procurement Officer overseeing this procurement. No specific pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent contractor information, or funding amounts are detailed in this notice, as it serves solely to inform offerors of the delay in the award process and the communication procedures that will be followed prior to posting the final award determination.
