About this file

This is a Notice of Sole Source Procurement issued by Reynolds School District on August 10, 2022, for the acquisition of online school-specific access licenses to Commonlit School Essentials' proprietary digital library and 360 Curriculum, along with live webinar training services. The district has determined that Commonlit is the sole provider capable of delivering the 360 Curriculum and the curated online library required to meet the needs of its teachers and students. Vendors interested in demonstrating capability to meet the district's needs must submit capability statements by 5:00 PM PST on the seventh day following the announcement posting. Lauren Tonn in the procurement department (procurement@rsd7.net) is the designated contact for submissions.

The procurement is structured as a sole source award, indicating that the district has found no other qualified sources to provide the specified goods and services. No pricing information, contract term details, renewal options, or funding amounts are specified in the notice. The document does not reference set-asides for disadvantaged enterprises, incumbent vendors, or other procurement restrictions. This procurement is unrelated to the secondary contract opportunity referenced regarding less-lethal munitions for Oregon State Police and appears to be included in error.
