The DOC intends to award a one-year base contract on a sole-source basis to VIAVI SOLUTIONS INC, located at 1445 South Spectrum Boulevard, Suite 102, Chandler, AZ 85286. The acquisition is being conducted under the authority of 10 U.S.C. § 3204(a)(1) as implemented by RFO 6.103-1, which addresses situations involving only one responsible source with no other supplies or services that will satisfy agency requirements.

These licenses are necessary for test case functionality on JMA and Nokia equipment, as well as for video test cases. This notice is not a solicitation for quotations or proposals; however, all responses received within 15 days from the date of publication will be considered by the Government. Interested vendors must submit a capability statement not exceeding one page to JBrown4@doc.gov and kpendergast@doc.gov.
