About this file
This document is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source issued by the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU). USU intends to award a sole source contract to McGraw Hill LLC for subscriptions to "Pharmacotherapy Principles and Practice, Case Files Collection and Access Anesthesiology" for the university's Learning Resource Center. The contract will cover one initial 12-month period with four additional 12-month option periods.
McGraw Hill LLC is being identified as the sole authorized seller capable of meeting the government's specific subscription requirements. Potential alternative vendors may submit responses demonstrating competitive advantages by 4:00 PM on 15 July 2024, via email to joshua.broadman@usuhs.edu. The university emphasizes that respondents must provide clear evidence that an alternative procurement would be advantageous, cost-effective, and capable of meeting the stated needs. The government will not reimburse response costs and will use the received information to determine whether a competitive procurement is warranted.
