About this file
This is a Notice of Intent to Award Contract from CareOregon for RFP #2024-17 for Market Research Services. CareOregon has selected three apparent successful proposers: Cascade Strategies Inc, Different Kind Inc, and Press Ganey Associates LLC following a selection process that involved stakeholders across the company. The contract is expected to begin around January 1, 2025, based on successful contract negotiations with the selected vendors.
The notice indicates that CareOregon maintains confidentiality of vendor proposals and evaluation scores. The contract award is contingent upon successful negotiation of terms and conditions with the selected vendors, and CareOregon reserves the right to revoke the award and select a different proposer if contract negotiations fail. Questions regarding the award can be directed to Lee Reinholtz, Procurement & Contract Analyst II, at reinholtzl@careoregon.org or through the procurement department at vendorservices@careoregon.org.
