About this file

This is a Notice of Intent to Award Contract issued by Clackamas County, Oregon, for the Stone Creek Golf Pond Repair Project (BID #2023-71). The county intends to award the contract to Premier Property Development as the apparent successful bidder. The notice initiates a seven-calendar-day protest period during which unsuccessful bidders may file written protests with Tralee Whitley at TWhitley@clackamas.us. Unsuccessful bidders may review the complete procurement file by appointment at the Clackamas County office. The apparent successful bidder has not acquired legal or equitable rights to the contract until a final agreement containing terms and conditions acceptable to the county is executed; failure to negotiate and execute a contract may result in award revocation and contract award to the next highest-ranked bidder or withdrawal of the bid.

The bid amount for the Stone Creek Golf Pond Repair Project is $195,000.00. The notice was issued on November 8, 2023, and does not provide additional details regarding pricing terms, contract duration, renewal options, or funding sources. The county reserves the right to revoke the award if the apparent successful bidder cannot execute a contract, or to proceed with the next highest-ranked bidder at its discretion.
