It includes detailed repair, maintenance, and minor construction tasks with pre-established unit prices. The work falls under NAICS code 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction) with a $45 million size standard. Interested parties may submit capability statements demonstrating how competition would benefit the government to Nikisha.W.Cook@usace.army.mil by December 31, 2024, 4:00 p.m. Arabian Standard Time, though this NOI does not constitute a solicitation and proposals will not be evaluated.
