The MA Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs intends to post a Request for Responses (RFR) for the Environment and Climate One Stop (ECO One Stop) FY28 Grants Round in January 2027. This combined, common application will encompass existing programs as listed below. Potential applicants may complete an Expression of Interest to receive feedback on their concepts for grant applications prior to applying. Submitting an Expression of Interest is not required for submitting a future ECO One Stop application, but it is highly encouraged.
Description:
The Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EOEEA) announces a new common application for seven existing grant programs that support resilience to climate change for communities and the natural environment:
1. Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness Action Grants (Executive Office of Energy & Environmental Affairs)
