About this file

This document is a Notice of Intent for a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price contract issued by the Defense Health Agency. The contract is for Immixtechnology to establish a KRONOS timekeeping system for Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, with a base year performance period from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026. The government has determined Immixtechnology as the only available source for this system and is seeking potential competitive responses that can demonstrate clear advantages over the sole source approach.

Interested parties may submit responses challenging the non-competitive procurement, but must prove that alternative approaches would be cost-effective, timely, and would not compromise the mission objectives. All questions or comments should be directed to Contract Specialist Kimberly Bunn via email, with "Notice of Intent Submission 12212627" in the subject line. The government emphasizes that this notice is not a request for quotes or proposals and will not reimburse any costs incurred by respondents in preparing their submissions.
