About this file

This document is a Notice from the State of Illinois Chief Procurement Office for General Services regarding the acceptance of only electronic submissions for competitive solicitations, including Invitations for Bid (IFB) and Requests for Proposals (RFP). It notifies bidders and offerors that all submissions must be made through the BidBuy system, and that any information sent outside of BidBuy will not be accepted or considered. Attachments must also be submitted via BidBuy, and for RFPs, pricing information may be required to be entered on the items tab or in pricing attachments, depending on the instructions provided.

The document does not provide any details about specific contract opportunities, product or service requirements, quantities, award dates, contract terms, or pricing details. It solely addresses the electronic submission requirements for competitive solicitations issued by the State of Illinois Chief Procurement Office for General Services.
