About this file

This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Long-Range Facility Planning issued by North Santiam School District (NSSD) on September 29, 2025. The RFP seeks a comprehensive long-range facility planning project that includes creating a complete facilities assessment and digital asset inventory. The district is requesting proposers to develop a full update of their facility plans, with a specific preference for determining the observed remaining life of assets rather than just industry expected life.

The district plans to apply for an ODE TAP (Technical Assistance Program) grant to support this project. Currently, they do not have an existing digital asset inventory and have not yet received the full facilities audit report from the Oregon Department of Education (ODE). The Bureau Veritas (BV) facilities audit report is not being provided at this time, which means potential proposers will need to conduct a comprehensive assessment from scratch. The RFP indicates the district is seeking a thorough and detailed approach to facility planning and asset management.
