Should the Government give less than 24 hours’ notice, the Vendor may elect to either load the trucks as requested or to schedule an alternate day. Pick-up days will be scheduled when conditions are favorable, and are weather, equipment, and quarry dependent.

Equipment shall be inspected at the appropriate Park entrance station by a designated Park employee and only clean equipment shall be permitted into the Park.
