Prospective vendors wishing to comment on this procurement decision must submit written correspondence to Kris Duffe, Procurement Specialist, at DuffeK@cleanwaterservices.org by August 14, 2025. This procurement leverages an existing statewide contract that has already undergone competitive evaluation and award, allowing Clean Water Services to access negotiated pricing and terms through the cooperative purchasing program established by Utah and NASPO.
