About this file
This is a Notice of Intent to Purchase issued by Clean Water Services (District) on August 7, 2025, announcing its intention to procure additional Windows Server DC Core Licenses through an interstate cooperative procurement agreement with the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO). The District will purchase the licenses from SHI International Corporation (SHI), which was awarded a contract by the State of Utah, Division of Purchasing, through NASPO's cooperative purchasing program under Request for Proposal Solicitation CH16012 for Cloud Solutions. Prospective vendors have the opportunity to submit written comments regarding this procurement intent to Kris Duffe, Procurement Specialist at DuffeK@cleanwaterservices.org, with a comment deadline of August 14, 2025.
The total procurement value for the Windows Server DC Core Licenses is $74,298.70, to be purchased from the incumbent contractor, SHI International Corporation. This notice is issued in accordance with Oregon Revised Statute 279A.220, which requires public notification of cooperative purchasing agreements. The interstate cooperative procurement mechanism allows the District to leverage NASPO's competitive solicitation conducted by Utah's Division of Purchasing, enabling access to competitively awarded pricing without conducting a separate local procurement process.
