N66001-25-Q-6357 - Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to CRFS

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with CRFS. The requirement is for the purchase of quantity 12 of the following:

Item 0001:

Rfeye Node, 100kHz – 18GHz

Item 0002:

Injector; 100W

Item 0003:

Single Node SSUS for the Individual Node or Array Only

The above listed items are supplies to support the Real Time Spectrum Operations (RTSO) engineering team for Own Force Monitoring (OFM) hardware. OFM represents a solution to a long-awaited fleet requirement of blue force monitoring. It represents a new capability for ships and as such, there is no standard hardware designed to support this capability. The CRFS RFeye Node is an integral part of the OFM system, which is currently being fielded on US Navy ships.

A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable NAICS Code is 334515 Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Instruments, and the business size standard is 750 Employees.
