Strengthening Regional Air Quality Cooperation in Latin America and Central Asia Q&A as of 6/7:

Q: Regarding the inter-organizational collaboration, is there a criteria that it shall be from another country and if yes, then from withing the target region or abroad?

A: There are no criteria/requirements surrounding the inter-organizational collaboration. It is also not a requirement to collaborate with another organization, it is just highly encouraged.

Q: Could you please elaborate a bit on inter-organizational collaboration requirement: who can apply, any language requirement, etc?

A: This is not a requirement. We are simply encouraging organizations to identify partners before applying. There will be one main applicant, who will name partners/subcontractors. We are asking this because we see air pollution as a very inter-disciplinary problem. As for language requirements, all reports to State must be in English, and we will have one monthly call in English. At least one team member must be proficient in English. We do not require trainings, meetings, or any other project activities to be done in English.
