About this file
This document is a response to industry questions regarding a federal pre-solicitation for a Mentorship Matching and Tracking app. The key details are:
The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is seeking a contractor to develop a Mentorship Matching Tool for its OCHCO Human Resources Information Technology (HRIT) Division. The tool must integrate with Microsoft Suite of Tools and ServiceNow, and will be used by HUD Mentorship Program Managers to effectively match participants in a 9 to 12 month mentorship relationship. Expected award is in Q4 FY 2025 with a 1-year period of performance and 1-year implementation timeline (6 months development, 6 months testing/training). HUD is open to FEDRAMP approved alternative solutions beyond just Microsoft Power Apps. The effectiveness of mentorship matches will be assessed based on changes made to initial recommended matches during testing.
