1. This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Gannon and Scott Phoenix, Inc.

2. The Special Programs Division (HNJ) located within Hanscom Air Force Base has a requirement for the destruction of Special Access Programs (SAP) Information Technology (IT) devices that have electronically processed, stored, or transmitted Department of Defense (DoD) SAP information at any time in the item's life cycle at an National Security Agency (NSA) certified facility in the Northeast region. This requirement includes items with and without known classified storage capabilities to include, but not limited to, the following categories: workstations, laptops, servers, routers, switches, printers, scanners, faxes, copiers, monitors, televisions, displays, projection equipment, accessories, keyboards, mice, computer-connected audio devices, video teleconferencing (VTC) devices, and VTC accessories.

3. AFLCMC/HNJ requires the destruction of SAP IT devices that have electronically processed, stored, or transmitted DoD SAP information at any time in the item's life cycle. Due to the highly sensitive and classified nature of this information, strict regulatory requirements set forth by the National Security Agency (NSA) and DoD govern the destruction process.
