AMENDMENT NO. 1 to RFQ NLR63310016Q0084 CONTINUATION PAGE Page 3 of 3
1. How much mail is anticipated. For example, 1 mail bin, 20 bins etc.
RESPONSE: On most days, one mail bin is sufficient. On occasions NLRB will have a mail ballot election, which can sometimes add up to 400, 6X9 envelopes to the outgoing mail.
2. What time is the mail ready in the morning, and what time would it be ready to go out in the afternoon.
RESPONSE: The mail is usually ready at the USPS Annex by 10:00 am. Mail is usually delivered to the office before 11:00 am; mail is picked up usually at 3:30 pm. A morning pick-up will not work for NLRB at all, as we send out all of NLRB’s letters processed that day in the afternoon.
