Amendment Four to RFP NIHOD201900019

Question 1: According to page 50 of the LARC solicitation, we are to submit a printed/copied proposal. Are we to submit this copy, if so, how many, in addition to uploading the proposal using the NIH eCPS website. Please advise.

Response: The location of the Contracting Office (6011 Executive Blvd.) has been condemned until further notice, and no one is permitted to enter until building construction remediation has been completed. All proposals must be submitted electronically. If any offeror is having difficulty using the eCPS website, please contact the Contracting Officer at kathmank@od.nih.gov.
