Corners and edges will reflect few Detailing problems.
A few Streaks or Residue problems may be seen on any surface.
There will be adequate Gloss or Shine on floor and polishable surfaces.
Few Spots or marks will be visible on any surface.
Carpeted floors and furniture will exhibit few loose Fiber, Litter or Dust buildup problems.
In general, this level of performance will deliver a near defect-free environment at reasonable price. At any given time 87.1 to 92.9 percent of all items or surfaces to be cleaned shall be free of any of the conditions described.
Performance Measurement Cycles:
The Government will randomly measure the contractor’s cleaning performance through a third-party inspector at a minimum once every quarter based on the TE-7 Inspection Checklist. Upon completion of an inspection cycle, the contractor will be given copies of inspection forms that identify the cleaning defects in the rooms inspected.
