Industry Day Notification Scope:

NOTICE: This notice is for all remaining Navajo-Gallup Water Supply Project (NGWSP) construction projects planned through the completion of the project in 2030. This is not a solicitation but rather an Industry Day Notification to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only.

A separate Small Business Sources Sought will most likely be posted in mid-February 2025 for an upcoming requirement, NGWSP Pumping Plant 1 (PP1) to determine any potential small business sources for that requirement only. If you are a small business and interested in that work, please respond to that Small Business Sources Sought also.

The purpose of this Industry Day Notice and the Industry Day itself is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determining if the remaining NGWSP efforts can be competitive.

The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 237110 (Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction) which has a corresponding Size standard of $45.0M annual average revenue. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for each remaining procurement.
