The Government is seeking to identify interested vendors capable of producing and delivering National Guard Bureau Senior Leader Coins to determine if sufficient competition exists before issuing a formal solicitation.

The requirement involves production and delivery of Senior Leader Coins over an estimated five-year period (base plus four option years) commencing in September 2026, with an anticipated Firm Fixed Price contract type. Only Small Business Administration Small Business Program Participants are eligible; the Government is considering NAICS Code 339910 (Jewelry and Silverware Manufacturing) with a 700-employee size standard, though respondents may recommend alternative NAICS codes. Small business primes must perform at least 50 percent of the work themselves in terms of cost of performance, as required by FAR 52.219-14. Responses must be submitted via email to jacob.m.petruzates.mil@army.mil by 1700 hours Eastern Time on 21 August 2026. All responses should include a ten-page maximum executive summary on standard paper containing company information, SBA dates, points of contact, CAGE Code, DUNS Number, UEI, NAICS code recommendations, subcontracting or teaming details, and an explanation of the company's ability to perform at least 50 percent of the tasking for both the base and option periods.
