Addendum No. 1: Questions and Answers
April 11, 2025
1. Question: Who is the third-party carrier?
Answer: Comcast.
2. Question: What is the approximate quantity of systems connected to the network?
Answer: 150.
3. Question: Will there be a need for co-management ability for onsite IT Staff?
Answer: Yes.
4. Question: Is there more detail on the failover/emergency backup and support/service you would like? Are you in need of a backup disaster response system? Is this related in some way to the Barracuda Backup Appliance? If you want us responsible for backup, can we suggest our own solution that meets the same needs as that solution? How much backup storage is currently being backed up?
Answer: In this regard we just need access to a reseller of Barracuda Backup services and subscriptions(i.e. Office365 Essentials and Barracuda Backup Appliance)/No need for file-level backup disaster response (that is handled by IT Staff working with
Barracuda) As part of this contract we would look for assistance regarding forensic analysis on potential security incidents pertaining to Internet circuit, switch stack and fortigate/ backing up ~2TB on the Barracuda Device.
5. Question: In regard to the Avigilon Access control system is there a current vendor who supports that system and/or maintenance contract for it with Avigilon?
Answer: Yes.
