Disconnect Office Module from current utilities:

Office module has the following utilities connected: water, electricity and sewerage.

Deliver Office Modules from Current Site to Project Site:

Contractor responsible for Delivery of Modular sections from Current Site to Project Site. Contractor will pull modular sections over the Refuge prepared site, position modules to a final location (as directed by Customer with input from Contractor).

Building Installation: Contractor responsible for labor and materials to install dry stacked (piers built-up to frame after building is positioned), 2-

Cell CMUs set on pre-cast concrete or ABS Pads. Standard "pull-on

Installation" method is applicable. Contractor will then properly install the building in accordance with manufacturer's requirements for a standard temporary modular installation. Current piers may be used.

Trailer Tongue and Wheels: Contractor is responsible for labor and materials to attach/remove tongue and wheels to modular base in accordance with manufacturer's requirements for a standard modular transport. Current wheels may be used.

Anchoring Building: Provide and install anchor and strapping in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.

Mate Line Seaming: Seam Exterior (Walls & Roof), Seam Interior (Floor, Walls & Ceiling), lag modular building sections together, make electrical branch circuit cross-over connections in accordance with Manufacturer's recommendations.

Waste Disposal: Dispose of construction debris associated with scope of work in Dumpsters (provided by contractor).

Skirting: Provide and install skirting materials and labor, includes vents.

Site Utilities - Plumbing: Bring adequate Site Plumbing Utilities (Sewer, Water) from site source to a location identified by Contractor within 5' of perimeter of modular building, within crawl space, ready for final connection. Includes Pressure Regulator, Meter, Backflow Preventer, valves and other associated fittings.

Plumbing Connections: Connect Water Stubs together and then connect to

Site Water Line at building perimeter within Crawl Space. Connect Sewer

Stubs together and connect to Site Sewer Line at building perimeter within

Crawl Space.

Site Utilities - Electrical: Bring adequate Site Electrical Utilities from site source to a single connection point at a Disconnect or MDP mounted on a pole or rack within 5' of the building or mounted at the Exterior or Interior of the Modular Building. MDP provided by Refuge, including but not limited to; providing and installing transformers, electrical meter, ground rod and ground connection.

Electrical Service Connections: Provide and install conduit and wire necessary to make final Electrical Service Connections from Building Sub

Panels to Sub Disconnects and Gutter Tray, single Disconnect or MDP

(provided by Refuge) within 5' of building line, including building ground and grounding connection.

Lightning Protection Provide and install Lightning Protection, as required.
