About this file
This document contains a use and non-disclosure agreement and details of a federal contract opportunity for an automatic data processing interface unit. The agreement requires the recipient to only use received technical data for government purposes and to not release it without permission. It also details obligations around protecting, indemnifying, destroying, and notifying the contractor of the data.
The federal contract opportunity is a firm-fixed price solicitation from the Air Force Materiel Command for three interface units and associated documentation. The units allow reloading operational flight program software to line replacement units at the intermediate maintenance level. The requirement aims to resolve obsolescence and ruggedization concerns while maintaining compatibility with the current adapter set. The solicitation will be set aside for small businesses. Proposals will be evaluated based on past performance, exclusion records, and stated criteria. The data for this weapon system is export controlled.

(5) The Recipient agrees to destroy these Data, and all copies of the Data in its possession, no later than 30 days after the date shown in paragraph (6) of this Agreement, to have all persons to whom it released the Data do so by that date, and to notify the Contractor that the Data have been destroyed.
