1. The RFQ requested past performance references be within the last three (3) years. Would the Government consider expanding this time period to five (5)? Considering COVID-19 has stagnant many small businesses ability to acquire work.

a) Please provide the most recent relevant past performance.

2. Will measured floor plans be available or will dimensioned plans need to be drawn?

a) Dimensions will need to be verified by contractor.

3. Will the Historic Equipment Exhibit room be used as an office?

a) No, it will be used as a conference room.

4. Will the gypsum board ceiling and surface mounted lighting remain as is?

a) Yes they will remain as is.

5. Will all existing furniture be reused? Is a furniture layout included in the scope?

a) No, the existing furniture will not be used and no the furniture layout is not included - it will be an empty room with electrical, floors, walls and CAT6 cable completed.

6. Can we assume that aside from flooring, no work will be done in the Copy Room or Office?

a) Floors and blinds are the only things that will be done in the offices and copy room
