Block 14 Continued:
A. Changes:
1. Pre-Proposal Agenda with Minutes and Attendee List are incorporated at Attachment A.
B. Clarifications:
Q-5. The solicitation specifies that the facility must accommodate “up to a 15-passenger van.” Could you please confirm the maximum dimensions (height, width, and length) of the largest vehicle you intend to accommodate? Some high-roof vans exceed the clearance of standard automatic gantries, and I want to ensure proper sizing.
A-5. The minimum requirement for this system is an 11 meter (36’) long x 4.5 meter (15’) wide clear space with a minimum head height of 3.6 meters (12’) clear below the equipment and bay ceilings. Maximum dimensions will not be specified. The installation does have several Chevy 15-passenger vans, has a length of roughly 19.7 feet (243.95 inches) and a width of about 6.6 feet (79.2 inches) without mirrors. The height is approximately 7 feet (82.7 inches). With that said the minimum dimensions listed shall not be reduced.
Q-6. I am a vehicle wash systems specialist and would like to assist the prime contractor with wash equipment design and integration. However, I am not pursuing the full construction contract. Is there a way to obtain a list of the general contractors or plan holders intending to submit proposals so I can offer support as a subcontractor?
A-6. It is CNIC policy to not release information on contractors or endorse any vendors. We encourage all to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference on 7 July 2025.
Q-7. May I please be added to the invitation list for the pre-proposal conference, once it is scheduled?
A-7. Reference Amendment 0001 for Pre-Proposal Conference information for date, time, and access.
