About this file

This document is a Notice of Intent to Participate with NASPO ValuePoint and the State of California in a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Automotive Parts, Solicitation #7219941. The State of Oregon intends to establish participating addenda as price agreements to serve the State of Oregon, its agencies, and members of the Oregon Cooperative Procurement Program (ORCPP) with the awarded contractors from the NASPO ValuePoint solicitation. The initial term of the master agreements will be for 3 years, with an option to extend for an additional 2 years. The objective is to obtain best value and more favorable pricing than individual state or local government entities can achieve due to the collective volume of potential purchases.

The State of Oregon anticipates an estimated annual spend of $500,000 and is not obligated to enter into a participating addendum with all awardees. The State may select the awardee(s) who provide the best value of products or services, or enter into addenda as needed by category. The Notice provides contact information for the State of California as the lead agency and the State of Oregon's sole point of contact for this opportunity.
