This is a Quick Quote document issued by Collier County, Florida, through its Procurement Services Division, for professional conservation services at the Naples Depot Museum. The County seeks a professional conservator to provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, and materials necessary to conserve 41 museum objects that sustained water damage during Hurricane Ian in 2022. The objects include items constructed from metal, wood, and combinations thereof, such as benches, tools, furniture, vehicles, and personal items. Some conservation work will occur on-site at the museum located at 1051 5th Ave S, Naples, FL 34102, while smaller items requiring treatment must be handled off-site due to space constraints. The museum has since reopened to the public, requiring conservators to work around operating hours for large in-situ items. The question submission deadline is October 7, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., with response submissions due by October 14, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. All quotes must be submitted online through the Collier County Procurement Portal. The contract term is for one-time purchase during fiscal year 2027 (October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027), with prices remaining firm for the duration of the resulting purchase order.

The pricing proposal requires a single lump-sum bid covering all inclusive costs for professional conservation services for the 41 objects. Award will be made to the responsive vendor submitting the lowest quote. Vendors must demonstrate professional qualifications including membership or accreditation with a professional conservator organization and a minimum of two years of conservation work experience with verifiable references. Required documentation includes proof of business status from Florida's Division of Corporations, E-Verify enrollment, W-9 Form, and any required professional licenses. Vendors must maintain comprehensive insurance coverage including workers' compensation, employer's liability ($500,000), commercial general liability ($1,000,000 per occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate), automobile liability ($1,000,000), and professional liability ($1,000,000 per claim and aggregate). Collier County must be named as an additional insured on applicable policies, with 30 days' cancellation notice required. The conservator is responsible for safe handling, packaging, transportation, and security of all museum objects and must provide photographic documentation and a comprehensive Treatment Report detailing all conservation techniques, materials used, and recommendations for cyclic maintenance.
