About this file
This is a Sources Sought attachment documenting technical information requirements for programmable building controllers compatible with Johnson Controls Facility Explorer (JCI FX) 80/90 software. The government seeks commercially available direct digital controllers that can interface with the existing JCI FX 80/90 platform at Naval Air Station Corpus Christi, Texas, to support Heating, Ventilating, and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) systems. Respondents must provide controllers designated as 'Network Automation Engine' type with BACnet and Modbus TCP/IP communications protocols, along with manufacturer technical data sheets for each model listed.
Interested vendors must submit a capabilities statement package not exceeding 5 pages total, including company information (Attachment 1) and technical information (Attachment 2). The submission must identify one to three installed systems where JCI FX 80/90 has successfully configured non-JCI controllers for HVAC applications, with customer points of contact, project descriptions, locations, contract numbers, and contract values. All responses are due electronically to rebecca.m.jones75.civ@us.navy.mil by 2:00 PM Eastern Time on November 18, 2026, with a 4MB file size limit. Late responses will not be considered. This is a market research tool only; the government is not obligated to pay for submitted information and will use responses to determine acquisition methodology prior to formal solicitation.
